Privacy Policy

Summary

GymlyBook is designed to be private and local-first:

• No account required. You do not sign up or log in.
• No personal data collected. We do not collect, store, or transmit your name, email, phone number, or any other personal information.
• Data stays on your device. Your selected plan, completed days, exercise swaps, and language preference are stored only on your device. We do not have access to them.
• No ads, analytics, or tracking. We do not use advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, or third-party tracking in the App.
• No Qamarium servers. Workout content and exercise demonstrations are bundled with the App; progress is not synced to our servers.

Information we do not collect

We do not collect:

• Name, email address, phone number, or other contact information
• Location data
• Health, fitness, biometric, or sensor data
• Usage or analytics data
• Device identifiers for tracking
• Any other personal or identifiable information

We do not use the App to:

• Track you across apps or websites
• Show personalized or third-party ads
• Share your data with third parties for marketing or analytics

Information stored on your device

The App may store the following only on your device using local app storage:

• Selected workout plan — the plan you choose to follow.
• Completed days — which workout days you mark as complete.
• Exercise swaps — any same-muscle exercise replacements you choose.
• Language preference — for example, English, Arabic, or French.

This data is not transmitted to our servers or to third parties. We do not collect or process it.

Workout and exercise content

GymlyBook includes bundled workout plans, exercise names, instructions, form tips, and exercise demonstration media. This content is used inside the App to display training guidance. Viewing this content does not send your progress or choices to Qamarium.

Third-party services

The App does not integrate analytics, advertising, crash reporting, social-login, payment, or cloud-sync SDKs that collect personal data. The App is built with standard Flutter packages for app UI, navigation, localization, typography, and local preferences.

Children's privacy

The App does not collect personal information. It does not target children under 13 in a way that requires parental consent under applicable law (e.g. COPPA). No personal data is collected from any user, including children. If you believe a child has provided any personal information through the App, please contact us and we will address it. In the current design, the App does not allow users to submit personal information to us.

Data security

Because we do not collect or store your data on our systems, there is no data held by us to secure. Data stored on your device is subject to your device's security, such as lock screen protection and device encryption. You are responsible for keeping your device secure.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy at the same URL and update the "Last updated" date. For material changes, we may notify you via an in-app notice or a store listing update where required by the platform. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

Your rights and contact

Because we do not collect personal data, there is no personal data held by us to access, correct, or delete. Data stored only on your device can be removed by uninstalling the App or clearing the App's data in your device settings.

Jurisdiction

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of Algeria, Algiers. If you are in the European Economic Area or another region with specific privacy laws, we do not process your personal data on our systems; any data remains on your device under your control.
